Flooring.Boss provides professional flooring installation services including:

• Hardwood flooring installation
• Vinyl and laminate installation
• Floor leveling and preparation
• Floor removal and waste disposal

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual site conditions
• Material availability and pricing
• Additional work discovered during installation
• Changes to project scope

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project scheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

5. Warranty

We provide workmanship warranty on our installations. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution, Flooring.Boss is not liable for:

• Pre-existing structural issues
• Hidden defects in subfloors
• Damage to personal property not directly caused by our work
• Natural variations in wood or stone materials

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurements and site information
• Clearing work areas before installation
• Ensuring access to work areas
• Following care instructions for installed flooring

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typical terms include deposit upon booking and final payment upon completion.
